A recent leak hints that the upcoming Rainbow Six game might be called "Rainbow Six A***." While the exact meaning behind the missing letters remains unclear, fans have begun speculating potential names, with options like AWOL, Atom, Aces, and Ares being among the most popular guesses.

Rainbow Six Siege has been one of Ubisoft's most successful titles, maintaining a solid competitive presence and a loyal player base over the years. Although the game's director previously denied plans for a sequel, this new leak suggests that another entry in the Rainbow Six franchise might be in the works.

The leak came from a well-known Rainbow Six Siege leaker and modder, Shiny, who posted a tweet on X. According to Shiny, the next Rainbow Six title could start with the letter "A" followed by three asterisks, hinting that it might be a four-letter word. Shiny did not provide additional details but encouraged followers to guess the full name.

Moreover, Shiny teased a potential announcement with a tweet on September 29th, stating, "I hope you guys are ready for tomorrow," though no specific information was given. Given the timing, it’s possible Ubisoft might unveil more information on September 30th. However, since Ubisoft recently canceled its plans for the Tokyo Games Show, fans are uncertain whether there will be a standalone reveal for such a highly anticipated game.

As for the leak's credibility, Shiny is a respected source within the Rainbow Six Siege community, suggesting the information might be reliable. Still, fans should approach it with caution until Ubisoft confirms details. Some speculate that the new Rainbow Six title could aim for a 2025 release, potentially filling the gap left by Assassin's Creed Shadows, which was also delayed to 2025. This could mean Ubisoft is planning to bounce back from its underwhelming 2024 performance.
